Service Description

We will talk in depth about your nutrition and health goals, concerns, food and lifestyle habits, history AND includes the Nutrition Response Testing Evaluation as well as second shorter visit for your customized designed clinical nutrition plan. Nutrition Response Testing allows us to find underlying stresses in the body that may be keeping you from feeling your best. Based on this evaluation and our conversation, I design a customized program for you. All of the good things you are doing for your health are more effective once the underlying stressors are addressed.
