Cooking Classes

Service Description

Get ready to be hands on (1-3 people)! Whether you would like to learn the basics of cooking fresh whole foods (some vegetables cook faster than others), meal prepping for a week, or just want to learn some fresh new recipes, we can cook it up together. Each class includes basic knife skills, food safety, 2-3 recipes, and nutritional tidbits for the foods being prepared. Larger classes of 4-6 people will have limited hands on opportunities but will share equally in the fun and eating! Cooking classes can be personalized for learning how to adjust your cooking and recipes for food allergies and sensitivities such as needing or wanting to go gluten free.
